Panyelskaya Oil and Gas Company is one of the largest oil refineries in the Republic of Komi - Ukhta. With a well-developed production and transport infrastructure, PNGK ranks top among Russian refineries in terms of hydrocarbon processing.
Panyelskaya Oil and Gas’ infrastructure is strategically positioned at the crossroads of major Russian pipelines. Our advantageous location allows the company to access multiple export markets to support our operations, including three export pipelines and one rail loading terminal.

Sales
- 80% Exported in accordance with the PSA.

- During 2019, 50% exported crude oil volumes were sold through the linked pipeline.
